Once you’ve comfortably settled into your new residence, you may come across minor matters requiring attention. Don’t worry, SimplyDwell Homes has you covered! Within a year from your Closing Day, you can conveniently submit a Customer Care request for eligible items through our website. Your designated Quality Assurance Representative will be on hand to address your concerns and evaluate the submitted Customer Care requests.
