SimplyDwell Homes Donates $5,000 to Manatee Police Athletic League

BRADENTON, Fla. (April 30, 2024) – SimplyDwell Homes, a new homebuilder focused on building homes for budget-conscious buyers, donated $5,000 to the Manatee Police Athletic League (PAL) scholarship fund.

According to Nattaly Perez, design gallery coordinator at Neal Communities, the donation will go towards the basketball league’s scholarship fund, which assists with league fees, equipment and travel costs for families experiencing economic hardship.

“Contributing to the Manatee PAL basketball league is very rewarding,” said SimplyDwell Homes President Jag Rupnarain. “We know how important sports are for kids, and we strive to support the families and communities where we build SimplyDwell homes and where we live and work.”

SimplyDwell Homes Donates $2,500 to Sponsor Palma Sola Botanical Park’s Winter Nights Under the Lights

BRADENTON, Fla. (January 8, 2024) – SimplyDwell Homes, a new homebuilder focused on building homes for budget-conscious buyers, donated $2,500 to sponsor Palma Sola Botanical Park’s Winter Nights Under the Lights in December.

Palma Sola Botanical Park, located near Robinson Preserve on 17th Ave NW in Bradenton, FL, is a 10-acre green space that showcases a collection of rare palms, fruit and flowering trees, and other subtropical plants. It is frequently used for weddings and other events.

The Winter Nights Under the Lights event ran December 13-17 and offered visitors the opportunity to experience acres of festive lights, visits with Santa, live holiday music, food trucks, hot cocoa and cider, children’s crafts, a tree decorating contest and more.

“Supporting the Winter Nights Under the Lights festival was a great way for us to be a part of the Bradenton community,” said SimplyDwell Homes President Jag Rupnarain. “Sponsorships like ours help keep this event free for the community, and we enjoy supporting the communities where we build, live and work.”
